4. Messaging/SMS Program

By providing your mobile phone number to True Contracting LLC, you agree to the following terms regarding our messaging program:

• Consent — When you provide your mobile number through our forms or in the course of your project, you consent to receive text messages from us related to appointments, estimates, project updates, and, where applicable, promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency — Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project.
• Message and data rates — Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt out — You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may receive additional messages if you sign up again.

• Carrier liability — Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
